Kelsi Grau

Kelsi Grau is an associate attorney with Hershey Law as a part of the central litigation department. Kelsi graduated with a B.A. in Sociology from California State University, Northridge and earned her J.D. from Southwestern Law School where she double concentrated in both Labor & Employment Law and Criminal Law.  

During her law school career, Kelsi worked to help foster passion for careers in labor and employment as the Vice President of the Labor and Employment Law Association. Kelsi was also able to put her knowledge of employment law to use when she won multiple awards at the 45th Annual Robert F. Wagner Labor and Employment Law Moot Court Competition in 2021 and again when her team won the American Bar Association Moot Court Competition in 2022. In addition, Kelsi received multiple academic awards for receiving the highest grade in Civil Procedure, Criminal Law, and Employment Discrimination as well as a Dean’s Merit Scholarship for being in the top 10% of her class. 

Prior to joining Hershey Law, Kelsi was a law clerk at the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office and for the Hawaii Supreme Court under the Honorable Sabrina S. McKenna, where she gained valuable experience in a wide range of practice areas. She is an active member of the California State Bar.
