Brennan Hershey

Brennan Hershey is the founder and managing partner of Hershey Law where he has dedicated his life to fighting for the rights of ordinary employees who have been exploited or mistreated by their employer, and for seriously injured people who are fighting against insurance companies trying to take advantage of them. Brennan has established himself as a tireless advocate for those in need and has successfully recovered millions for his deserving clients.

In 2020 and 2021, Brennan was recognized as a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers magazine, a distinction awarded to less than 2.5 percent of attorneys in the state. Brennan received a Top 40 Under 40 designation from the American Academy of Attorneys and the 10 Best Client Satisfaction Award from the American Institute of Attorneys along with excellent client ratings on Avvo and many positive testimonials from those he has served.

Brennan earned his B.A. from UCLA after receiving a scholarship for his outstanding academic achievements. For Law School, Brennan earned his J.D. from Southwestern Law School’s accelerated two-year program, where he obtained numerous CALI Excellence for the Future Awards and Witkin Awards for earning the top grade in his class and was also a member of Law Review.

Highly active in his legal community, Brennan is a member of the California Employment Lawyers Association, the Consumer Attorneys of California, Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles, the Beverly Hills Bar Association, and the San Fernando Valley Bar Association, among his other professional affiliations.

In his free time, Brennan can be found either on the golf course or at Staples Center and Dodger Stadium rooting for the Lakers, Dodgers, Kings, LAFC, and UCLA Bruins alongside his wife and daughter.
