Partner and California Employment Attorney
Brianna Hershey is a Partner at Hershey Law, where she represents employees in workplace disputes and conducts many of the firm’s initial consultations with prospective clients. For many clients, Brianna is the first attorney they speak with during an especially difficult and uncertain time.
She brings a steady, compassionate presence to those conversations, helping clients feel heard, supported, and understood from the first meeting.
Helping Employees Navigate Workplace Disputes
Brianna is known for being warm, approachable, and easy to talk to. She understands that workplace disputes can be deeply personal and emotionally challenging, especially when clients are facing termination, retaliation, harassment, discrimination, or uncertainty about their future.
At Hershey Law, Brianna helps clients understand their legal options and begin the process with clarity and confidence.
Education and Legal Background
Before joining Hershey Law, Brianna spent nearly a decade developing a broad litigation background, including experience in employment defense, workers’ compensation defense, and subrogation matters. Her prior defense experience gives her valuable insight into how employers, insurers, and defense counsel evaluate and litigate claims.
She now uses that perspective to advocate for employees, anticipate opposing strategies, and help build strong cases from the outset.
Brianna earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara. She went on to earn her Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School. Brianna is admitted to practice in California.
Outside the Office
Brianna is a devoted mother who loves spending time with her children, husband, family, and friends. She enjoys creating meaningful experiences with the people she loves and unwinding by baking and watching television.
